The IDS MINI-SAW 762 is a sub-compact, light weight, multi-caliber assault machine gun, designed specifically for the special operator, para trooper, swat officer, mechanized infantryman, or anyone else who needs maximum firepower in the smallest possible package. Like the IDS SAW, the IDS MINI-SAW is still fully capable of firing both 7.62x51mm and 5.56x45mm, along with their derivative calibers and shares 97% parts commonality with the IDS SAW. The MINI-SAW when configured in 6.5 CM or .260 is an especially modular weapon, making an excellent CQB weapon with outstanding close range lethality and still maintaining long range, hard hitting firepower in a package no longer than an M4.
