The MiniSAW is a sub-compact, light weight, multi-caliber assault machine gun, designed specifically for the special operator, para trooper, SWAT officer, mechanized infantryman, or anyone else who needs maximum firepower in the smallest possible package. Like the IDS SAW, the MiniSAW is still fully capable of firing both 7.62x51mm and 5.56x45mm, along with their derivative calibers and shares 97% parts commonality with the IDS SAW. The MiniSAW configured in 6.5 CM or .260 Rem is an especially versatile configuration, with outstanding close range lethality for effective CQB use while maintaining long range, hard hitting firepower in a package no longer than an M4.
