The MultiMax is a belt-fed, multi-caliber self-loading rifle configured shown above in 5.56mm and 7.62mm. As the name implies, this rifle fires from the closed-bolt position, unlike its parent platform which fires from the open-bolt position. The closed-bolt operating system result in a rifle with much less mechanical movement when the trigger is pulled, resulting in better accuracy. This rifle uses a standard H&K G3 style trigger with a higher strength 33 lb hammer spring, made specifically for use in belt fed weapons. The closed-bolt SAW ships with a quick change 18inch barrel, but can also be used with existing 16.1 inch barrels. Although this rifle is commonly shipped in a 5.56mm or 7.62 configuration, it is capable of firing 300 BLK, .260 REM, and 6.5CM with the appropriate conversion kit.
